Change the default font,size,color for Microsoft Excel , Word and Outlook.(Office 2007)


Microsoft Excel

Step 1: Open New Work Book and Click Microsoft Office Logo
Step 2: Click Excel Options



Step 3: On when creating new workbooks group, under Use this font, select Arial and Select Font Size 11, then click OK.




Step 4: Reopen Microsoft Excel to take effects.






Microsoft Word

Step 1: Open New Word Document
Step 2: In the font Group, click the Font flyout or Press Ctrl+D



Step 3: Select the options that you want to apply to the default font, such as font style and font size. If you selected specific text, the properties of the selected text are set in the dialog box.
Step 4: Click Default and Click OK.



Step 5: Select the All Documents based on the Normal.dotm template? Option, and then click YES.



Step 6: Restart word Application


Microsoft Outlook

Change the default font style for new messages that you compose;

Step 1: On the Tools menu, click Options.
Step 2: On the Mail Format tab, click Stationery and Fonts.
Step 3: On the Personal Stationery tab, under New mail messages, click Font.



Step 4: On the Font tab, under Font, Select the Arial and under Font style, select the Regular and also under Size, select 10 that you want to use for all new messages and Click OK.




Change the default font style for messages that you reply to or forward
Step 5: On the Tools menu, click Options.
Step 6: On the Mail Format tab, click Stationery and Fonts.
Step 7: On the Personal Stationery tab, under Replying or forwarding messages, click Font.



Step 8: On the Font tab, under Font, Select the Arial and under Font style, select the Regular and also under Size, select 10 that you want to use for Replying or forwarding messages and Click OK
